Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your product. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since you received your item, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
We strive to make our return policy accommodating and customer-focused. Here’s how it applies:

Defective Products:
If your item is defective, we will gladly exchange it at no extra cost. We will also reimburse any shipping costs incurred when returning the defective product. -
Change of Mind:
If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, we accept returns as long as you cover the shipping costs. -
Holiday Extensions:
During major holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas, purchases made up to two weeks before these holidays can be returned or exchanged within 60 days.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for ensuring the package reaches us safely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and emailing the tracking number to us at info@vsnsofglory.com. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- Check your bank account and contact your credit card company as processing times may vary.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned after the 30-day return window.
Uncollected Packages
For uncollected packages, a $30 fee will be applied to cover shipping, handling, and other associated costs.
Sale Items
Refunds apply only to regular-priced items. Sale items are non-refundable, with the exception of all Panda Drum models, which follow our standard return policy.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. To initiate an exchange, email us at info@vsnsofglory.com.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
